Build production-grade AI solutions for enterprise clients. Work across the stack to deliver voice agents, automation systems, and custom AI integrations.

As a Senior AI Developer at TrueHorizon, you will be at the forefront of building intelligent automation solutions that fundamentally transform how enterprise organizations operate. You will work directly with Fortune 500 clients to design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI systems that deliver clear, measurable business impact.

You will collaborate closely with product, design, and client stakeholders to translate high-level business requirements into elegant, scalable technical solutions. You’ll be expected to thrive in ambiguity, own projects end-to-end, and consistently ship high-quality, reliable software.

What you'll do

• Architect and develop full-stack AI-powered applications for enterprise clients
• Build and integrate APIs for voice agents, automation workflows, and LLM-based systems
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to deploy production-ready machine learning models
• Write clean, maintainable code with comprehensive testing and documentation
• Participate in technical discovery calls and solution design with clients
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Experience with Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks
• Proven track record of shipping production applications
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions

Nice to have

• Experience building voice AI or conversational interfaces
• Familiarity with LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or similar AI tooling
• Background in enterprise software or consulting
• Contributions to open-source projects
